Booking
To secure your booking with RSF Visuals/Media, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of scheduling to lock in your date and time. Deposits can be made via Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Venmo. Appointments without a deposit may not be guaranteed and could be subject to cancellation. A 24-hour grace period is provided to submit your deposit after booking; failure to make payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation of your appointment. Submission of the deposit indicates your agreement to all RSF Visuals/Media policies. For collaborations or creative projects without monetary compensation, RSF Visuals/Media retains full rights to all images produced and may use them at their sole discretion.
Payment
All sessions must be paid in full either prior to the scheduled shoot date or immediately following the session. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Venmo. Personal checks are not accepted. A $20 late fee will be applied to any session where the client arrives more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. Please note, session end times will not be extended to make up for client tardiness.
Cancellation
This is a paragraph. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, all deposits will serve as a cancellation fee. A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to either transfer the deposit toward a future session or receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a forfeiture of the entire deposit; however, clients will be allowed to reschedule one time at no additional cost, provided it is within 3 months and aligns with the photographer’s availability. RSF Visuals/Media reserves the right to decline service to clients who demonstrate a pattern of repeated cancellations.
If RSF Visuals/Media is unable to fulfill this agreement due to circumstances beyond control—such as fire, natural disaster, strike, illness, emergency, or other unforeseen events—the deposit will be refunded in full, but no further liability will be assumed. This also applies in the event that photographic materials are lost or damaged due to camera malfunction, processing errors, mail loss, or any other unforeseen incident without fault on the part of the photographer. Should RSF Visuals/Media be unable to deliver services for any other reason, liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the client.
